Job summary

Sysco Harrisburg is seeking delivery drivers to safely transport and unload groceries from our warehouse to customer locations. You will operate a tractor-trailer, verify invoices, and maintain safety standards on overnight routes with potential weekend shifts.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, valid Class A CDL, good driving record, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly. We offer paid training, medical/dental/vision benefits, and a brand-new fleet.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Ability to read and communicate in English.
• Strong safety and loading/unloading practices.

Responsibilities

• Unload product from trailer, by hand or using a hand cart, to customer storage areas.
• Maintain DOT logs and accurate delivery paperwork daily.
• Ensure food safety and sanitary conditions in vehicle and warehouse.
• Build good customer relationships through courteous service.
• Drive a tractor-trailer, handle routes, and deliver per invoices.
• Work overnight, weekends, overtime as needed.
