Job summary

Sysco is seeking an experienced Delivery Driver to serve customers by safely transporting products from the warehouse to various locations. You will handle loading/unloading, complete required logs, and maintain food safety standards on the road.

Responsibilities include delivering with a tractor-trailer, providing excellent customer service, and working overnight shifts with potential overtime. Join a fleet focused on reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 1+ year of tractor trailer driving experience preferred; completion of a tractor trailer driving school accepted in lieu of diploma.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License; safe lifting and delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Unload product from trailer and assist with loading as needed.
• Complete DOT logs, inspections, and delivery paperwork accurately and daily.
• Maintain food safety protocols and sanitary conditions in the truck, warehouse, and yard.
• Develop good relationships with customers through courteous, clear communication.
• Transport products to customers, adhere to invoices and company standards.
