Job summary

US Foods is seeking Delivery Drivers in Florida to join a team delivering meats, produce, frozen goods, groceries, dry goods, equipment and supplies to customer sites. Starting pay is $30.00 per hour during training, then moves to component pay after training.

A $2,500 retention bonus is offered, with a guaranteed minimum 40 hours per week. Schedule: Monday–Saturday, start around 3:00–6:00 AM depending on route.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have valid CDL A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualified.
• Minimum six months commercial truck driving experience or three months of foodservice or food and beverage truck delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Unload items using a hand truck and place them in customer storage area.
• Verify delivery with customers and collect payments where applicable.
• Maintain safe driving practices and comply with all DOT regulations.
