Job summary

FreshPoint, Inc. is seeking CDL Class A delivery drivers for early-morning routes in Dallas. Start times between 2am and 5am, Mon–Sat with a rotating day off, and wages of $21.25 per hour plus productivity incentives.

Drivers load and unload at stops, work in a cross-dock environment, and may assist with loading pallets. Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and comply with DOT safety rules. Previous delivery or food distribution experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with customers and to complete reports.
• Touch freight – frequently lift, push, or move product weighing 40–100 pounds.
• Overtime/weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily routes with frequent stops and load/unload items at each stop.
• Operate in a cross-dock model, loading from nightly deliveries and returning empties.
• Assist with loading pallets and loading-trucks as needed.
• Follow DOT safety rules and perform pre-trip inspections.
• Provide professional customer service and manage deliveries accurately.
