Performance Foodservice in Bowling Green, KY, seeks CDL-A drivers for local/home daily routes. Dispatches occur between 3:00 AM and 5:00 AM, Monday–Friday. Earn between $80,000 and $90,000 annually, with benefits from the first day of employment.

Drivers ensure safe, on-time delivery of food products, load/unload as needed, and maintain accurate DOT-compliant records. Growth opportunities exist within a stable, essential-services company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months commercial driving experience required.
• Valid CDL-A license required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Meet state licensing/certification requirements.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• Possess or obtain DOT Health Card.

Responsibilities

• Communicates professionally with customers, vendors, and co-workers.
• Works as part of a team to serve the company.
• Conducts safety checks per DOT regulations and ensures safety standards.
• Reports safety issues and/or needed repairs.
• Follows DOT regulations and safe driving policies.
• Inspects trailer loading and ensures proper freight securing.
• Completes required paperwork accurately for freight.
