Job summary

Sysco is hiring a CDL A Local Delivery Truck Driver in Wisconsin. Drivers run daily routes, unload products, and assist with loading as needed. Must meet age and screening requirements, hold a valid CDL A, and pass safety checks.

The role includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus and eligibility for the incentive plan. Expect overtime and weekend work as needed to meet delivery schedules. The job emphasizes safety, DOT-compliant pre/post-trip inspections, and professional handling of customer deliveries

Qualifications

21+ years of age.
Pass employment screening.
License to drive - valid CDL A with a driving record that meets Company standards.
Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public and understand highway signs.
Ability to lift/push/move freight up to 100 pounds repeatedly.
Overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.
Run routes efficiently, meeting or exceeding designated route times.
Unload product from trailer and place in designated areas.
Lift and move product up to 100 pounds; stack pallets and use hand carts.
Verify delivery with customer and obtain signatures; resolve discrepancies.
Contact management when there are order shorts or errors on invoices.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections following DOT regulations and Sysco policies.
