Delivery Driver – CDL‑A

The Delivery Driver (CDL‑A) is responsible for transporting goods safely in a commercial vehicle or box truck for various routes to deliver products or materials. Ensures exceptional customer satisfaction with each delivery made. Valid Class A CDL license required.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver goods safely and efficiently according to assigned routes and schedules.
• Assist with loading and unloading products, ensuring items are handled properly to avoid damage.
• Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries while optimizing fuel and time.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively and professionally during deliveries.
• Verify delivery accuracy by obtaining signatures, completing delivery logs, and reporting any issues or discrepancies.
• Perform routine vehicle checks, report maintenance needs, and keep the vehicle clean and organized.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during deliveries.
• Handle delivery challenges, such as incorrect addresses or customer concerns, and report unresolved issues to management.
• Assist with basic warehouse tasks when not on delivery routes, such as organizing inventory or preparing orders.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience: 12 months or more of recent and verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Familiar with FMCSA rules and regulations.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical with a current valid medical card in the state licensed.
• Familiarity with local routes and traffic patterns is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Safe driving record with customer service mindset.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Basic communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Physical requirements: comfortable with long periods of driving and physically demanding tasks like lifting and carrying.

3:00 am – 12:00 pm (Monday‑Friday)

Compensation

$27.00 – $30.00 Hourly

Local Home Daily Delivery Role. Weekends Off!
