Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. in Northlake, TX is seeking a CDL-A local Dedicated Driver for a PM shift running between Northlake and Richardson. Expect 2–3 daily round trips, no-touch freight, and DOT/FMCSR compliance.

The role offers home daily, competitive earnings of $80K–$91K annually, up to 15 hours of overtime weekly, and a $5,000 Sign-On & Retention Bonus; comprehensive benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A required.
• Hazmat endorsement required.
• Minimum of two years of verified commercial driving experience in the past four years; three+ years preferred.
• Basic computer and electronic logging device (ELD) proficiency.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle on a dedicated local route.
• Complete approximately 2–3 round trips per day on the Northlake–Richardson route.
• Transport no-touch freight using live load/unload and drop-and-hook operations.
• Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections and maintain logs and records.
• Maintain safe driving practices and comply with DOT Hours of Service and FMCSR.
