Job summary

DSV in Denton, TX is seeking an experienced CDL-A local driver for a dedicated AM shift between Denton and Richardson. You will run 2–3 round trips daily, handle no-touch freight, and perform routine vehicle inspections while maintaining DOT logs and clear documentation.

Earn $75,000–$85,000+ annually with up to 10–15 hours overtime weekly and daily home time. Eligible drivers may receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus; benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Two years of verified commercial driving experience in the past four years.
• Current DOT qualification and DOT Medical Certificate.
• Clean motor vehicle record and safe driving history.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle on a dedicated local route.
• Complete approximately 2–3 round trips per day based on freight and operations.
• Transport no-touch freight with live load/unload and drop-and-hook.
• Maintain logs and trip records per DOT/FMCSA requirements.
• Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections and document results.
• Collaborate with dispatch and customers to ensure on-time delivery.
