Job summary

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a safety-focused Line Driver (CDL Class A) to join our Mesa, AZ team. This full-time role involves transporting trailers between service centers and locations, with opportunities for growth into leadership and management.

The position requires a valid Class A CDL, DOT Medical Card, clean MVR, and 3+ years of Class 8 tractor experience. Candidates must be able to work nights/weekends and pass pre-employment screenings.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Current DOT Medical Card.
• Clean MVR within 30 days of application.
• Minimum 21 years old.
• Minimum 3 years verifiable Class 8 tractor driving experience.
• Working knowledge of DOT Hours of Service regulations.
• Experience using Electronic Logging Devices (ELD).
• Forklift certified or able to become certified.
• Ability to read and follow directions in English.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
• Ability to safely complete assigned routes and documentation.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening, background check, FMCSA Clearinghouse requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractor-trailer to transport trailers between service centers.
• Load and unload freight with approved equipment.
• Secure cargo and maintain load integrity.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Communicate with dispatch on route updates and delays.
• Complete drop-and-hook operations and adjust trailer configurations.
• Comply with DOT, FMCSA, and state regulations.
• Follow safety policies and accident reporting procedures.
• Maintain CDL and medical certification.
• Work nights and weekends as needed.
