Lease Operators & Company Drivers

ATS Trucking offers lease and company driving opportunities with attractive pay and benefits.

Lease Purchase Rates

• Flatbed: Gross Weekly $5,000 – $7,200+; Take Home $2,000 – $3,600+.
• Van: Gross Weekly $4,500 – $5,600+; Take Home $1,500 – $2,500+.
• Drivers earn 70–72% of line‑haul and accessorials (based on experience).
• Flatbed Driver Bonus: $4,000 bonus for 1‑year lease completion.

Company Driver Rates

• Flatbed: $1,600 – $2,250+ weekly; Guaranteed $1,400 /week for first 12 weeks.
• Dry Van: $1,500 – $1,900+ weekly; Guaranteed $1,300 /week for first 12 weeks.
• Company Drivers receive 26% of line‑haul.
• Starting CPM: 60 CPM, with accessorials and growth potential.

Upside Pay Program

Company drivers earn either 60 CPM or 26% of line‑haul – whichever pays more on every load.

Projected Earnings (Company Flatbed & Dry Van)

Company Flatbed 2025 year‑end earnings: $1,450 – $1,930 weekly ($75,565 – $100,450/year). Higher rolling averages: $1,635 – $2,260 weekly ($84,985 – $117,540/year).

Company Dry Van 2025 year‑end earnings: $1,345 – $1,690 weekly ($70,040 – $88,040/year). Higher rolling averages: $1,555 – $1,935 weekly ($80,995 – $100,740/year).

Lease Purchase Advantages
