Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a CDL-A Lead Bulk Loading Operator for an established manufacturing site. You will operate trucks and loading systems, load/unload, and work with PLC-controlled equipment in an open-air facility.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and accurate documentation, with a Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule and hourly pay of $25–$30. Candidates with supervisory experience and the ability to lift 50 lbs are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• CDL-A required and experience operating bulk loading equipment.
• Supervisory and team-leading experience are preferred.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Operate large trucks and trailers, including dropping and hooking liquid tank trailers.
• Load and unload trucks and rail cars safely and efficiently.
• Operate PLC-controlled loading systems to transfer materials.
• Perform sample analysis and complete required documentation.
• Attend daily safety meetings and monthly safety initiatives.
• Assist with creating and following JSA's and SOP's.
• Follow startup/shutdown procedures for equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and communicate concerns.
• Maintain GMP and safety standards throughout the facility.
• Complete daily logs and shift turnover communication.
• Support general housekeeping and facility care tasks.
• Learn emergency procedures, evacuation routes, and storm shelter locations.

CDL-A Lead Bulk Loading Operator –

Are you someone who enjoys hands‑on work, operating equipment, and being part of a fast‑paced industrial environment? We are seeking dependable and safety‑focused Operators for a century old manufacture with an entrepreneurial spirit. This role is critical to daily production operations and offers the opportunity to work with advanced systems, trucks, rail cars, and loading equipment both outside and within open air facility.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7A- 3:30 P

Salary: $25 - $30 /hour

What You’ll Do as Lead Bulk Loader:

• Operate large trucks and trailers, including dropping and hooking liquid tank trailers
• Load and unload trucks and rail cars safely and efficiently
• Operate PLC‑controlled loading systems
• Perform sample analysis and complete required documentation
• Participate in daily safety meetings, audits, training, and monthly safety initiatives
• Assist with creating and following JSA’s and SOP’s
• Follow startup and shutdown procedures for equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot operational issues and communicate concerns effectively
• Maintain GMP and safety standards throughout the facility
• Complete daily logs, documentation, and shift turnover communication

• Ability to climb vertical ladder up to 15ft.
