Job summary

BrandSafway is hiring for a full-time labor/driver role in Guthrie, OK. The position blends heavy equipment operation with site labor, with a 90% travel expectation and a 3 weeks-on/7 days-off cycle.

Candidates must hold a Class A CDL and meet DOT requirements, with at least 1 year in construction or field work. Compensation ranges from $28.00 to $32.00 per hour, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance and a strong 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Must have Class A CDL with an acceptable driving record.
• Minimum 1 year construction and/or field work experience.
• Must pass DOT drug test and physical.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations for drivers and trucks.
• Able to work outdoors in all types of weather.
• Prefer candidate resides within 60 miles of the office.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Must lift and carry 75 lbs.
• Willing to work long hours and team-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Basic construction site labor including dirt work, equipment operation, and maintenance.
• Move equipment to job sites, offload materials, and install per design.
• Follow Foreman lead on site setup and cleanup.
• Operate trucks and heavy equipment safely.
• Operate backhoe, trencher, mini excavator, and forklift; training provided.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Provide and maintain accurate paperwork.
• Labor 70% and driving 30%.
• Travel up to 90% with typical schedule 3 weeks on/7 days off.
