Job summary

Congruex is seeking Laborers to join our team in West Virginia. The laborers will assist on construction sites, participate in safety meetings, and help with loading materials, cleaning work areas, and basic equipment operation.

Training is provided and a valid driver’s license is required. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and MVR, and be willing to travel to various job sites throughout the area.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and MVR check.
• Must be able to meet physical demands including lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Must have reliable transportation to work at multiple job sites.

Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in safety meetings and job briefings.
• Operate tamping machines and assist with construction activities.
• Inspect equipment and assist with maintenance.
• Load and unload jobsite materials and maintain a clean work area.
• Assist with trenching, pouring concrete, and asphalt prep as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and report injuries to foreman.
• Comply with customer requirements and site rules.
• Complete required safety training annually.
