Job summary

Schneider National is seeking drivers to haul reefer and dry van trailers with 100% no-touch freight and 50% drop-and-hook. You’ll run 6 loads per week with 3 stop-offs per load, primarily within IN, KY, NC, OH, SC, TN, VA and WV, based from Orlando-area in Florida.

Compensation includes mileage pay, guaranteed weekly pay, and annual bonuses. Requirements include a valid CDL-A, willingness to travel by air if needed, and a REAL ID or passport.

Overview

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $2,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Live within 100 miles of Orlando, FL.
• Must be willing to fly and have a REAL ID driver's license or valid passport.
