Job summary

Schneider National is hiring for a dedicated driving role based in Florida. You will haul reefer and dry van trailers with 100% no-touch freight and about 50% drop-and-hook, handling 6 loads per week with 3 stop-offs per load.

Qualifications

Overview

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $2,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
