Job summary

Schneider National is seeking drivers for dedicated routes. You will travel to diverse locations nationwide, hauling flooring tile on flatbed equipment and unloading with moffetts. Expect deliveries to homeowners, job sites, and businesses, with about five loads weekly and multiple stop-offs.

Qualified candidates hold a valid CDL-A and have at least three months of experience. Willingness to fly and valid travel documents such as REAL ID or passport are required.

• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
• Must be willing to fly and have REAL ID or valid passport.

Responsibilities

• Travel to various locations across the country to haul freight.

Pay and bonus potential

• Hourly pay and load pay.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
• Must be willing to fly and have a REAL ID driver's license or valid passport.
