Intermodal Truck Driver

Average pay: $1,390 - $1,700 weekly

Home time: Daily

Minimum experience: 3 months or greater CDL experience

Location: Kansas City, MO plus 200 miles drive area

Responsibilities

• Haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis.
• 100% no-touch freight that is 40% drop-and-hook.
• Drive in and out of railyards with 200 miles of Kansas City, MO.

Pay and Bonus Potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Longevity bonus: Earn 3% of annual gross pay each year.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Drivers on this account are required to drive at night.
• Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred.
• Live within 40 miles of Kansas City, MO.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
