Job summary

Schneider National is seeking a Driver Instructor in the United States to coach, mentor and onboard new drivers. You will train in classroom and truck environments, focusing on safety, hours of service, trip planning, and Schneider's policies. You will also demonstrate use of electronic tablets and workflow systems and act as a safety advocate for driver retention.

The role emphasizes hands-on training, performance feedback, and preparing drivers for long, rewarding careers at Schneider.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A with DOT medical card.
• Minimum 12 months of Class A driving experience.
• Live within 50 miles of Chambersburg, PA.
