Job summary

Schneider National in Harrisonville, PA, is seeking a Driver Instructor to coach, mentor and onboard new drivers. You’ll train in classroom and truck settings, focusing on safety, hours of service, trip planning and Schneider policies.

This salaried role includes hands-on training, leadership development and using Schneider’s electronic tablets and workflow system to guide drivers.

Driver qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• DOT physical card.
