Job summary

Schneider National in Mesquite, TX is seeking a Driver Instructor to coach, mentor and onboard new drivers. You will lead hands-on classroom and in-truck training, focusing on safety, hours of service, trip planning and the use of Schneider’s tablets and workflow system.

The role requires CDL experience, a strong coaching mindset and the ability to teach Schneider’s policies and procedures. You will serve as a safety advocate and help drivers build a rewarding career with the company, while

Qualifications

Skills qualifications

• Previous instructor or training experience preferred.

Driver qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• DOT physical card.
• Minimum 12 months of Class A driving experience.
• Live within 60 miles of Mesquite, TX.
