Job summary

Schneider National is seeking experienced intermodal drivers to haul containers in New York state, with most work being no-touch and 70% drop-and-hook. Drivers will operate in and out of railyards near Rochester and Buffalo, NY, and stay out of New York City.

The role offers mileage and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, a $20,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers and $5,000 for inexperienced drivers, paid orientation, PTO after six months, plus a yearly bonus up to 3% of gross pay and

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Tanker endorsement strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis.
• Drive in and out of railyards within New York (excluding NYC).
• Operate with high no-touch/drop-and-hook freight.
