Job summary

Schneider National is seeking CDL A intermodal drivers to haul sea and rail containers in and around New York, excluding NYC. You’ll operate from company assets, with a focus on drop-and-hook and timely movement between yards.

Benefits include sign-on bonuses, paid orientation, PTO after six months plus holidays, and a yearly bonus up to 3% of gross pay. Safe, reliable equipment and 24/7 support are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL required.
• Tanker endorsement preferred.
• Live within 100 miles of Syracuse, NY.

Responsibilities

• Haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis.
• Drive in and out of railyards within New York but no New York City.
