Schneider National is seeking qualified intermodal drivers to haul automotive freight in containers on company-owned chassis across IL, IN, MI and OH.

This full-time role offers mileage and on-duty hourly pay, a $12,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 months, paid orientation, time off after 6 months, annual bonus up to 3%, and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Tanker endorsement strongly preferred.
• HazMat endorsement strongly preferred.
• Live within 50 miles of Green Bay, WI.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.

Overview

• Drive in and out of railyards within IL, IN, MI and OH.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• $12,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 3% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred.
• Live within 50 miles of Green Bay, WI.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
