Job summary

Schneider is seeking an Intermodal Dedicated truck driver to haul automotive freight in containers from rail yards to destinations across IL, IN, MI and OH. Expect mainly drop-and-hook, 100% no-touch freight and weekly home time.

Average pay is $1,350–$1,650 per week with a $12,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 months for experienced drivers, plus paid orientation and time off after six months. Experience with CDL and endorsements is required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
• Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred.
• Live within 50 miles of Green Bay, WI.

Overview

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.

• $12,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.

• Paid orientation.

• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.

• Annual bonus: Earn up to 3% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications
