Job summary

Schneider is hiring an Intermodal Dedicated truck driver. Earn an average weekly pay of $1,350–$1,650 with weekly home time. Requires a valid CDL Class A with 3+ months experience; HazMat and tanker endorsements are preferred.

Candidates must live within 50 miles of Gary, IN. Responsibilities include hauling automotive freight in containers secured to company-owned chassis, operating at railyards across IL/IN/MI/OH, with 100% no-touch freight and most loads drop-and-hook.

Overview

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.

• $12,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.

• Paid orientation.

• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.

• Annual bonus: Earn up to 3% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).

• Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred.

• Live within 50 miles of Gary, IN.

• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
