Reddy Ice Corporation seeks an experienced Class A CDL driver for our Shreveport, LA operation. You will transport and unload ice, maintain logs, and ensure safety and accuracy on every delivery. A clean driving record and excellent customer relations are essential.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, comply with DOT hours of service, and work with dispatch to optimize routes. This is a full-time role with physical lifting and safe handling of ice cargo.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years long-haul (over-the-road) experience.
• At least 1 year experience as a driver in a similar vehicle.
• Must have basic math skills and exceptional customer relations skill.

Aufgaben

• Operate and maintain a clean Commercial motor vehicle in a safe and professional manner.
• Perform pre/post trip inspections, adhere to hours of service requirements, and operate per FMCSA regulations.
• Unload and deliver ice to customers and company locations safely and courteously.
• Produce invoices for each delivery and complete required paperwork.
• Maintain and manage driver tools (handhelds, printers, handcarts, handtrucks, lift-gates, pallet jacks) and report incidents promptly.
