Job summary

Maxim Crane Works, LP is seeking a driver to move equipment and materials between Maxim locations and customer sites on a local, short-haul basis. You will operate trucks and crane-support equipment, prepare and verify transportation paperwork, and safeguard loads to meet DOT rules and safety standards.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience with heavy loads, a valid Class A CDL, and the ability to work in urban and industrial environments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associates or vocational degree preferred.
• Class A CDL with clean driving record and valid DOT medical card required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial motor vehicles at company locations and job sites.
• Reconcile BOL against load and ensure correct components are prepared for transport.
• Ensure all materials are properly tied down and secured for transport.
