Job summary

Qualdoc in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a CDL-A Equipment Laborer (Track) for railroad emergency response and track work. The role involves loading, transporting, and operating heavy equipment to support derailment response and track construction.

This is a full-time direct-hire position with benefits. Expect 60+ hours per week on average, with a 7:00 AM–4:00 PM weekday schedule and time-and-a-half for overtime. Per diem and travel accommodations are included where applicable.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• 3+ years operating heavy equipment.
• Ability to pass qualification tests and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, transport, and operate equipment to job sites.
• Assist with rerailing operations and track maintenance tasks.
• Drive tractor-trailers and inspect loads for overweight/oversize permits.
• Participate in safety briefings and daily work plans.
