Job summary

United Companies, a CRH Company, is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator with CDL-A for Pueblo, CO. You will safely operate excavators, loaders, skid steers and other heavy equipment on construction sites, performing pre-use checks and daily maintenance while following safety policies.

The role requires a valid CDL A with tanker endorsement, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work nights or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL A license with tanker endorsement required.
• Experience operating heavy equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of the aggregate, asphalt, paving and construction industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on site.
• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks prior to use.
• Report issues or concerns to Supervisor or Equipment Manager.
• Load/unload materials onto/from trucks using machinery.
• Operate excavators, loaders, skid steers and other heavy equipment.
