Digitailor in Kansas City, MO is seeking a CDL-A Infrastructure Maintenance Operator/Laborer to perform hands-on maintenance, transport equipment, and support field repairs and construction activities. The role demands outdoor work, physical tasks, and 24/7 on-call availability.

Responsibilities include operating heavy equipment when qualified, ensuring loads are secure, and complying with safety procedures. Strong mechanical aptitude and flexibility for overtime are essential.

Qualifications

CDL-A license with a good driving record.
Basic mechanical skills for minor repairs.
Experience in construction labor or infrastructure maintenance.
Able to work outdoors and perform physical tasks.
On-call 24/7 including weekends and holidays.
Able to pass required safety training.

Responsibilities

Inspect trucks, trailers and equipment before and after use.
Transport equipment to sites and secure loads.
Assist with infrastructure maintenance, repair, grading and site prep.
Operate heavy equipment when qualified (excavators, backhoes, loaders, cranes, dump trucks).
Move materials and assist with rigging using chains, cables and winches.
Perform outdoor labor with hydraulic tools, welding and cutting tools.
Complete minor maintenance and report complex repairs.
Participate in safety briefings and restocking.
Maintain organized vehicles and work areas.
