Job summary

Covenant Transport is seeking CDL-A Team Drivers to join our top teaming carrier network serving customers nationwide. We offer weekly or every-other-week home time depending on domicile and a generous sign-on bonus for true teams who have teamed for 90 days, excluding FL and CA-based drivers.

We provide a comprehensive benefits program including Medical, Dental, Vision, Optional Life, STD/LTD, FSA, and a 401(k) plan after 180 days of service.

• Moving Violations: No more than 1 serious traffic violations in the last year.
• Accidents: No critical accidents in the last year.
• DUI: None in the last 4 years.

Job description

CDL-A TEAM DRIVER

Home Time: Weekly or Every Other Week depending on driver's domicile.

CDL-A Team Drivers needed in your area.

Compensation

• Maximum Mileage Pay: $0.74/mile. Pay is based on verified experience.
• Minimum Mileage Pay: $0.52/mile. Pay is based on verified experience.
• Clean DOT Inspection: Earn $75 for each clean DOT inspection received.
• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,300 - $1,850.
• $8,000 sign on bonus for true teams ($4,000 per driver). Must have previously teamed together for 90 days. FL and CA based drivers excluded.
• Pay Range: 0.52-0.74 per mile.

Following 180 days of active service, you may elect to participate in the company's 401(k) plan. If you miss the deadline, you will not be able to elect benefits until open enrollment of each year.
