Job summary

Covenant Transport, Inc. is seeking CDL-A team drivers to join our nationwide teams with home time weekly or every other week based on domicile.

Drivers earn up to 0.74 per mile with a minimum 0.52 per mile, plus incentives for clean DOT inspections and competitive weekly earnings. We offer a structured benefits package after initial periods, including medical, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD, and 401(k) after 180 days, with an emphasis on driver advocacy and flexible runs designed around home

Job description

CDL-A TEAM DRIVER | HOME WEEKLY OR EVERY OTHER WEEK | UP TO $0.74/MILE

Home Time: Weekly or Every Other Week depending on driver's domicile.

CDL-A Team Drivers needed in your area. Covenant is the top teaming carrier in transportation. We've built our business on teaming and we are the leader in team freight.

Compensation

• Maximum Mileage Pay: $0.74/mile. Pay is based on verified experience.
• Minimum Mileage Pay: $0.52/mile. Pay is based on verified experience.
• Clean DOT Inspection: Earn $75 for each clean DOT inspection received.
• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,300 - $1,850
• $8,000 sign on bonus for true teams ($4,000 per driver). Must have previously teamed together for 90 days. CA, FL, LA, and MS drivers excluded. Must also have not previously received a sign on bonus from Covenant.

Benefits

• On the 1st day of the month following 60 days of active service, you may elect to participate in the following employee benefit plans: Medical, Dental, Vision, Optional Life, Optional STD/LTD, and Flexible Spending Accounts.
• Following 180 days of active service, you may elect to participate in the company’s 401(k) plan. If you miss the deadline, you will not be able to elect benefits until open enrollment of each year.
