Job summary

Airgas in Pasadena, TX is hiring a CDL A Driver Hazmat - Nitrogen Pump Operator. You will rig up/down pumping units, drive tractor-trailers to national field locations, and coordinate with the supervisor. The role requires HazMat/Tanker endorsements, TWIC, and a valid CDL A.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, 80-100% travel, a quarterly incentive bonus, a $2,000 driver referral bonus, and the potential to earn $100k+ annually.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• CDL Class A with HazMat and Tanker endorsements.
• TWIC Card required.
• +1 year experience of tractor-trailer driving within the last four years.
• +1 year experience of tanker experience within the last four year.
• Proficiency with manual transmission vehicles.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), two years technical college or military technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Pilot tractor-trailers to deliver industrial gases to customers or storage sites.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and help address maintenance needs.
• Safety partnership: report accidents, safety issues, and customer feedback promptly to ensure a secure environment.
• Complete and submit required DOT and company reports.
• Rig up/rig down nitrogen pumping units and coordinate with operations on site.
