Job summary

Lumin8 Transportation Technologies in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Groundsman (CDL Class A) to support traffic signal construction and maintenance crews. The role involves groundwork, conduit and pole-related tasks, with potential overtime and weekend work as needed.

Responsibilities include assisting with tool handling, safety around worksites, and basic installation tasks. A valid CDL Class A and the ability to pass MVR checks are required.

Qualifications

• Must have construction experience.
• Be self-motivated and able to work with hands.
• Must possess and maintain a valid CDL Class A.
• Must be insurable and pass MVR.

Responsibilities

• Assist crews by handing tools and heavy materials to workers.
• Flag traffic and maintain safety around vehicle parameters.
• Assist line crew with setting poles by shoveling or picking; fills anchor holes.
• Clears undergrowth from right-of-way by using hand tools or saws.
• Worksite cleanliness.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
