Job summary

Herman N Logistics is seeking a Local CDL-A Grocery Delivery Driver based in Westfield, MA. You’ll clear six figures with a local grocery route, stay close to home, and earn a $5,000 sign-on bonus plus additional stop and layover pay.

The role includes daily home time, shifts aligned to daytime or overnight windows, and frequent stops across NY Boroughs, Long Island, NJ, and Boston. Requires a Class A CDL and 3 months of tractor-trailer experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required with at least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience.
• Experience delivering in NYC boroughs is strongly preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset for store deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver grocery loads to supermarkets and distribution centers across NYC boroughs, Long Island, NJ, and Boston.
• Haul fresh and frozen reefer loads using 53', 51', 48', or 46' trailers.
• Load/unload with pallet jack and liftgate, coordinate handoffs with customers and stores.
