Herman N Logistics is seeking a Local Grocery Hauler based at our North Hatfield, MA terminal. The role offers a strong annual take-home of $100,000 to $110,000, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus for joining the team and hauling fresh and frozen goods regionally.

Expect early starts, long 12-14 hour shifts, and a focus on city drops into NYC boroughs and Long Island. You’ll operate on a 350-mile regional lane with full benefits after 30 days and a 401(k) plan.

• Minimum 9 months Class-A tractor-trailer experience.
• Must pass pre-employment hair follicle and urine drug tests.
