Job summary

10-4 Logistics is currently offering a CDL training program in the Eastern regional dry van fleet. Trainees earn $850 per week and receive mentorship, paid orientation, and continuous support until solo driving is permitted.

Post-training, drivers move into their own assigned trucks with expected earnings of $1,600-$1,800+ per week, with week-based pay options and benefits. Eastern regional routes and home-time options are available.

Qualifications

• Applicant must have a valid Class A CDL and at least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school.
• A satisfactory driving record and the ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements are required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in mentor-led training and complete orientation.
• Build the skills needed for regional freight and solo driving.
• Drive assigned trucks on Eastern regional routes with no-touch freight where applicable.
• Enjoy weekly pay and a structured progression from trainer to solo driver.
