10-4 Logistics is hiring CDL-A drivers for regional dry van routes. New graduates with no professional driving experience start with paid training and earn $850 per week during training.

Mentors support you through the program, and you’ll be assigned brand-new trucks for regional runs with weekly home time. After training, drivers earn $1,600–$1,800+ per week with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match plus PTO.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license or permit required.
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school training completed.
• Paid driver training provided during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional dry van routes with weekly home time.
• Handle drop-and-hook loads when applicable and maintain compliance with DOT regulations.
