10-4 Logistics is seeking CDL school graduates to start strong in the trucking industry. We provide training, experienced staff and mentors, new assigned trucks, competitive income and the freedom to choose a schedule that fits work-life balance.

Your Training Phase earns $850 per week and includes one-on-one mentoring, paid orientation, and build the skills for regional freight until approved for solo driving. After you go solo, expected earnings rise to $1,600–$1,800+ per week.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL and at least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school.
• Satisfactory driving record and ability to meet DOT/FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete paid orientation and training with a mentor.
• Move into solo driving on assigned Eastern regional dry van fleet.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance while delivering no-touch freight.
