10-4 Logistics is currently hiring CDL school graduates to join our Eastern regional dry van fleet. You will start in a structured training phase earning $850 per week, mentored one-on-one, with paid orientation and a clear path to solo driving.

After training, you will move into your own assigned truck with expected earnings of $1,600–$1,800+ per week. We offer no-touch freight, weekly or bi-weekly home time, and comprehensive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL with at least 120 hours of instruction.
• Able to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Willing to learn, communicate professionally, and prioritize safety.

Responsabilités

• Complete mentor-based training and orientation.
• Maintain safety while learning and driving.
• Eventually drive Eastern regional dry van fleet.
