Job summary

10-4 Logistics USA is currently hiring CDL school graduates to start strong in the trucking industry. The training phase offers $850 per week, one-on-one mentoring, paid orientation, and preparation for solo driving with assigned trucks in the Eastern regional dry van fleet.

After you go solo, expect earnings of $1,600–$1,800+ per week, with no-touch freight, home time options, and around-the-clock dispatch support. Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plus 401(k) are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and at least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school.
• Satisfactory driving record and ability to meet DOT/FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete paid orientation and mentor program before solo driving.
• Earn $850 per week during training with mentor support.
• Move to solo position with earnings $1,600–$1,800+ per week and Eastern regional routes.
• No-touch dry van freight and weekly/bi-weekly home time.
