10-4 Logistics is offering CDL school graduates a structured program to launch trucking careers in the Eastern region. You will train with a mentor, complete paid orientation, and build essential driving skills before solo operation.

Once solo, you can expect earnings of $1,600–$1,800+ per week on Eastern regional routes with no-touch freight, home time options, and company-supported benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have a valid Class A CDL and at least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school.
• Satisfactory driving record and ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Earn $850 per week during training with mentor guidance and paid orientation.
• Transition to solo driving after mentor program approval.
• Drive Eastern regional dry van with no-touch freight and weekly/bi-weekly home time.
• Utilize company support including tolls, fuel program, dispatch, and safety focus.
