PFG Customized Distribution is hiring CDL-A delivery drivers in McKinney, TX. You will drive tractor-trailer or straight trucks on local, interstate, and overnight routes, delivering food service products safely and on schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6+ months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Meet all state licensing/certification requirements.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• DOT Health Card current or able to secure.
• Able to lift and maneuver freight up to 90 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally.
• Performs safety checks (pre/post trip) according to DOT regulations.
• Inspects tractor/trailer to ensure safety standards.
• Reports safety issues and required repairs.
• Follows DOT regulations and company safe driving policies.
• Delivers customer orders according to route schedule.
• Unloads products and stores them in designated areas.
• Completes required freight paperwork legibly and accurately.
• Verifies deliveries with customer signatures.
• Performs hours-of-service logs and maintains daily records.
