Position Overview

Experienced CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers: Choose how you want to be paid at Montgomery! Drive, earn, and enjoy flexibility with options like percentage or CPM pay. Our fleet offers steady freight, excellent support, and maximized home time, with annual earnings of $70,000 - $75,000.

Pay Structure

• $.53-.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & annual $.01 CPM tenure pay increase
• OR choose 27% of line haul
• Increased weekly minimum pay: $1,200 (0-2 years), $1,300 (2+ years)

Requirements

• 1-year CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6 months flatbed experience
• Flatbed experience within the past three years
• No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
