About the Role

Experienced CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers: Choose how you want to be paid at Montgomery! Choose. Drive. Earn.

Montgomery Transport offers flexibility with various commodities and lanes, allowing you to choose between percentage or CPM pay. Our Freedom to Choose fleet provides steady freight, unbeatable support, and maximized home time, with earnings of $70,000 - $75,000 per year.

Pay

• $.53-.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay and annual $.01 CPM tenure pay increase, OR
• Choose 27% of line haul.

Increased weekly minimum pay: $1,200 for 30 days - 2 years, and $1,300 for 2+ years.

Home Time

Requirements

• 1-year CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6 months flatbed experience.
• Flatbed experience within the past three years.
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• No DUI in the past 10 years.
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required.
