Qualifications

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6 months of flatbed experience required.
• No more than three moving violations or accidents in the past three years.

Our Freedom to Choose fleet offers OTR drivers steady freight, unbeatable support, and maximized home time, along with percentage or cents-per-mile pay options, earning $70,000 - $75,000 per year!

Pay:

1. $.53-.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay and Annual $.01 CPM tenure pay increase
2. OR Choose 27% of line haul
3. Increased Weekly Minimum Pay: 30 days - 2 years = $1,200 and 2 years+ = $1,300!

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Requirements:

1. 1-year CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6-month flatbed experience
2. Flatbed experience must be in the past three years.
3. No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents combined in the past three years
4. No DUI in the past 10 years
5. Experience hauling steel coil is a plus, though not a requirement
