Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license with clean driving record.
• Proven experience operating flatbed and step deck trailers.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and load securement standards.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow routes and schedules accurately.
• Physical ability to load, unload, and secure cargo as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate flatbed and step deck trucks across routes, obeying regulations.
• Secure and unload cargo with proper load securement.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and delivery records.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers to coordinate deliveries.
• Follow safety protocols and promote a safety-first culture.
