Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license with clean driving record.
• Proven experience operating flatbed and step deck trailers.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and load securement standards.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow routes and schedules accurately.
• Physical ability to load, unload, and secure cargo as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate flatbed and step deck trucks on assigned routes per regulations.
• Secure and unload cargo with proper load securement.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues.
• Maintain logs of driving hours, cargo docs, and deliveries.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with dispatch and customers.
• Promote safety-first culture on the road.
