Qualifications

• CDL-A with clean driving record required.
• Experience operating flatbed and step deck trailers.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and load securement standards.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow routes and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate flatbed and step deck trucks safely on assigned routes.
• Secure, tarp, and unload cargo per safety standards.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and shipments.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers to coordinate deliveries.
• Follow safety protocols and promote a safety-first culture.
